Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Full-Time in California

This position offers the chance to support communities with effective, client-centered therapy in an environment that values professional growth and well-being.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, or groups.
- Utilize proven therapeutic approaches customized to client needs.
- Help clients develop coping strategies for life’s challenges.
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.
- Guide clients through treatment options to promote healing and growth.
- Support individuals in building resilience and enhancing relationships.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, including a robust benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Current LMFT license in California.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems approaches.
- Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Two or more years of experience preferred.
