Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Needed in California – Full-Time Role!

Position Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Duties:
- Provide assessments and therapy to individuals with mental health concerns.
- Create and implement treatment plans that meet specific client needs.
- Regularly hold therapy sessions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Monitor and document client progress.
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
- Refer clients to additional resources as necessary.
Annual Salary: $110,000–$130,000 with comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- California LMFT license in good standing.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse individuals, couples, and families.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in relevant therapy modalities is an asset.
