Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Opportunity in California – Full-Time
Are you a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an experienced professional to provide outstanding therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. Your expertise in addressing diverse mental health challenges will be the cornerstone of our client-centered care approach.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver confidential counseling services to individuals managing chronic pain and related concerns.
- Develop and execute customized treatment plans to align with clients’ needs.
- Act as the primary communicator between clients and other care professionals, ensuring coordinated care.
- Identify and adapt to patients’ support requirements, facilitating adherence to therapeutic goals.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a similar field.
- Valid LMFT license in California.
- Expertise in therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems.
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
