Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
- Customize therapeutic strategies to meet client goals.
- Foster resilience and personal growth in clients.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Collaborate on treatment planning and support clients in decision-making.
- Teach practical skills for better provider-patient interactions.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits included.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- California LMFT license.
- Familiarity with family systems and counseling techniques.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of professional experience preferred.
