We are expanding our team of mental health professionals and are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join us. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Duties:

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Implement client-specific therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate growth and coping mechanisms in clients.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in therapy.
• Provide informed guidance on treatment plans and decisions.
• Empower clients with tools for better emotional health and relationships.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• California LMFT license.
• Familiarity with family systems and counseling techniques.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of professional experience preferred.
