Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist: Help Others Flourish in Life

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
What You'll Do:
- Work one-on-one with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their goals.
- Conduct thoughtful assessments to understand clients' needs and craft personalized treatment plans.
- Foster a safe and supportive space for clients to share openly.
- Maintain detailed records to track progress and guide ongoing therapy.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Support clients in moments of crisis with empathy and actionable solutions.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a valid LMFT license.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- You thrive in both independent and team environments.
