Licensed Clinical Social Workers Needed – Full-Time Opportunity in California

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and craft individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions to support mental health recovery.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
- Educate clients and families on mental health management and resources.
- Stay current on emerging mental health practices and integrate them into your work.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Current LCSW license in good standing.
- Proven expertise in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to remote technology platforms.
