We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families. As LCSW, you will play a vital part in helping clients navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal goals. You will assess, diagnose, and treat various emotional and psychological issues while promoting overall well-being. This role requires a compassionate approach, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Engages in crisis intervention and counseling for patients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
• Consults with families and support systems to coordinate treatment and discharge planning for clients.
• Communicates progress, needs, concerns, and issues related to patients with physicians.
• Keeps accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes in compliance with departmental standards.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team in formulating treatment and discharge plans based on psychosocial assessments and standard social work interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state licensure as LCSW.
• You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Ability to work independently, self-directed and highly organized;
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office;
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
