Position Overview: You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, provide therapy, and work with a dedicated team of professionals to support individuals in achieving their mental health goals.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and strengths.
• Offer therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Partner with other healthcare providers to coordinate client care.
• Advocate for clients and connect them to community resources and support.
• Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes thoroughly.
• Participate in professional development and team-building activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.

• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
