Position Overview: You’ll conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and goals.
• Deliver compassionate therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to support overall client wellness.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with vital community resources.
• Document all client interactions, progress, and outcomes efficiently.
• Participate in team discussions and continuing education to stay current in your field.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.

• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
