Position Overview: As an LCSW, you’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:                                               

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Partner with healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Advocate for client rights and connect them with community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.

• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
