Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient clinic. In this position, you will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy to clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing the well-being of our clients and promoting their recovery journeys.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Offers counseling and crisis intervention services to patients, focusing on the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Engages with family and support networks to coordinate client treatment and discharge planning.
• Updates physicians on patient progress, needs, concerns, and both potential and actual problems.
• Maintains precise and prompt documentation, including clinical records and progress notes, following departmental guidelines.
• Works in partnership with the healthcare team to create treatment plans and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and established social work practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state licensure as LCSW.

• Minimum 2 yearsof clinical experience in clinical social work or mental health settings.
• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
