Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our outpatient clinic team. In this role, you will conduct thorough mental health assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions for clients across all age groups. Your expertise will play a vital role in addressing the mental health needs of our community and promoting positive outcomes.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provides counseling and crisis intervention for patients, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues.
• Consults and collaborates with family members and support systems regarding treatment and discharge planning for clients.
• Communicates with physicians to update them on patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or existing issues.
• Keeps accurate and timely records, including clinical notes and progress reports, in accordance with departmental policies.
• Collaborates closely with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans and discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments and standard social work interventions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state licensure as LCSW.
• You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice.
