We are searching for a Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our dynamic team. At our private practice, we believe that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. Our mission is to empower therapists to grow successful, independent practices while serving their communities. We are dedicated to creating a healthier and happier America by making essential mental healthcare accessible to all.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support to clients through individual and group sessions.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide immediate support to clients in distress.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to inform treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, or presentations on mental health topics for the community or specific groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and treatment progress.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state license such as LCSW.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in providing mental health counseling services.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records.
