We are in search of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to offer comprehensive mental health support to individuals and families. In this capacity, you will be vital in helping clients address their mental health challenges and work toward their personal goals. You will assess, diagnose, and treat various emotional and psychological issues, promoting holistic well-being in the process. Compassion and the ability to build trusting client relationships will be essential to your success.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provides counseling and crisis intervention, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues.
• Consults with family members and support systems for treatment and discharge planning.
• Communicates with physicians about patient progress, needs, and concerns.
• Maintains accurate records, including clinical notes and progress reports.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans and discharge strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state licensure as LCSW.
• Two or more years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Knowledgeable in various empirically supported psychotherapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, narrative therapy, and more.
• Committed to exceptional client care and using feedback to enhance services.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from other disciplines and local colleagues.
