We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their mental health challenges and supporting them in achieving their personal goals. You will conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat various emotional and psychological issues while fostering overall well-being. A compassionate approach and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients are essential for success in this position.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provides crisis intervention and counseling for patients, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues.
• Coordinates with family and/or support systems to facilitate client treatment and discharge planning.
• Reports to physicians on patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or existing issues.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, per department policy.
• Works closely with the healthcare team to develop treatment and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and recognized social work methods.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state licensure as LCSW.
• Two or more years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Knowledgeable in various empirically supported psychotherapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, narrative therapy, and more.
• Committed to exceptional client care and using feedback to enhance services.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from other disciplines and local colleagues.
