Join our outpatient clinic as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services. In this position, you will perform in-depth assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver effective therapeutic interventions to clients of all ages. Your skills will be essential in meeting the mental health needs of our community and fostering lasting, positive changes.

Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provides counseling and crisis intervention, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues.
• Consults with family members and support systems for treatment and discharge planning.
• Communicates with physicians about patient progress, needs, and concerns.
• Maintains accurate records, including clinical notes and progress reports.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans and discharge strategies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active California state licensure as LCSW.

• You have 2 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
• Proficient in various evidence-based therapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and narrative therapy.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional client care and integrating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Open-minded and eager to learn from other disciplines and local colleagues.
