Position Overview: In this role, you’ll provide assessments, facilitate therapy sessions, and collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive care plans for our clients.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand client strengths and challenges.
• Offer therapy and counseling to individuals and families, using best practices.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to create cohesive care plans.
• Advocate for client needs, connecting them to community support services.
• Keep detailed records of client interactions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults.

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
