Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Using Compassionate Care to Change Lives

Overview of the Position: This is an opportunity for an individual who has a strong commitment to understanding, listening, and giving appropriate support. Together with working with a team that values each individual's voice and perspective, you will be doing client assessments and offering therapeutic interventions.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year +full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services with compassion and empathy.
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care.
Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
- Experience with older adults or specific client populations preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
