Position Overview: As an LMFT, you’ll provide counseling to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll work with clients to identify and address their unique challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that support their emotional well-being.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with a full benefits package.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform detailed assessments to understand client needs and goals.
• Offer evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to guide clients in achieving positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
