Position Overview: As an LMFT, you will support families, couples, and individuals by providing therapy, creating personalized treatment plans, and advocating for their well-being. Your work will foster positive change and support healthier relationships.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to families, couples, and individuals.
• Develop treatment plans to address emotional, relational, and mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records to support continuous care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide well-rounded care.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
