Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, creating a space for healing and growth.
• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand client needs and challenges.
• Develop treatment plans that address client goals and promote mental well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support for your clients.
• Document treatment progress and adjust approaches as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Valid LMFT license in the state.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
