Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Opening in California
Play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health care by applying your clinical skills in a collaborative setting designed for patient-centered care.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and design personalized treatment plans.
- Work closely with a dedicated team of mental health professionals.
- Participate in peer reviews and case consultations to enhance service quality.
- Provide education and guidance to clients and their families.
- Apply the latest research to continuously improve client outcomes.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Licensed as an LCSW in the state.
- Two or more years of clinical experience in mental health care.
- Expertise in solution-focused therapy with strong communication skills.
