Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Career Move in California
Provide meaningful mental health support in a professional environment where your expertise is valued and utilized to create lasting change.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and implement targeted treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective client care.
- Participate in case discussions and peer reviews to refine treatment strategies.
- Educate individuals and families on mental health care options and resources.
- Incorporate innovative approaches to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, along with a full benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in the state.
- At least two years of experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong foundation in solution-focused therapy with excellent communication skills.
- A team-oriented approach and dedication to continued learning.
