Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Position Available in California
Help individuals achieve mental wellness by applying your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative clinical environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other providers to ensure seamless care.
- Engage in ongoing clinical discussions to maintain high standards of service.
- Support clients and families by providing education on mental health and resources.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current LCSW license in the state.
- Minimum two years of clinical experience in mental health services.
- Expertise in solution-focused therapy and strong communication skills.
