Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Opportunity
Bring your clinical expertise to a setting where collaboration and patient-focused care drive meaningful change. This role offers a chance to provide impactful mental health services in a supportive environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate care with a diverse team of mental health professionals.
- Participate in team meetings and peer case reviews to enhance treatment strategies.
- Provide guidance and education to clients and families on mental health resources.
- Stay current with best practices and new developments in therapeutic approaches.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a competitive benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Licensed as an LCSW in the state.
- At least two years of clinical experience in mental health care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in solution-focused therapy.
- Team-oriented with a drive for professional development.
