Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Position

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth clinical assessments and implement individualized treatment strategies.
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide client-centered care.
- Participate in case consultations and peer reviews to ensure optimal treatment effectiveness.
- Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and available resources.
- Apply the latest research and evidence-based methods to enhance therapeutic interventions.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with a full benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in the state.
- Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health.
- Strong background in solution-focused therapy with excellent communication skills.
