Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:

• Completing assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based methods to support client progress.
• Ensuring compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic treatment.
• Guiding clients and families with educational resources and tools.
• Incorporating new research and techniques into daily practice.

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with extensive benefits.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid LCSW license in California.
• Proficiency in clinical social work and treatment methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfort with technology for remote client sessions.
