Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities Include:
- Completing assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Utilizing evidence-based methods to support client progress.
- Ensuring compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for holistic treatment.
- Guiding clients and families with educational resources and tools.
- Incorporating new research and techniques into daily practice.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with extensive benefits.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Valid LCSW license in California.
- Proficiency in clinical social work and treatment methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfort with technology for remote client sessions.
