Licensed Clinical Social Worker Opening – Full-Time in California
We believe in making mental health support available for everyone, regardless of their financial situation. Become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and join our effort to create more accessible therapy options across California.
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Expectations:
- Work independently as a contractor
- Identify and address the needs of senior clients
- Offer psychotherapy and counseling services to adults and seniors
- Find and recommend relevant resources for clients
Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Licensed as an LCSW in California
- 2+ years of experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to balance multiple cases effectively
