Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Join Our Team in California!
We are expanding our team to better serve the community and are seeking a qualified LCSW to join us. Work in a supportive environment where your expertise is truly appreciated.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments and design client-specific treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals to provide quality care.
- Engage in ongoing consultations to improve therapeutic outcomes.
- Educate and guide clients and families through mental health treatment options.
- Keep updated with industry advancements to implement best practices.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with excellent benefits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work and valid LCSW license.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
- Expertise in solution-focused interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
