Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Highlights:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Contribute to peer discussions to enhance service delivery.
- Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and available support.
- Apply the latest therapeutic methods to improve client outcomes.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a full benefits package.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work and an active LCSW license.
- Two years of clinical experience in mental health.
- Skilled in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
