Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Role in California
We are seeking an experienced LCSW to join our team in providing top-quality care to individuals in need. This is your chance to collaborate in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and design treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
- Participate in case discussions to continuously refine service quality.
- Provide education and resources to clients and their families to foster understanding and empowerment.
- Stay informed on advancements in mental health practices and integrate them into your care.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with an attractive benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work and an active LCSW license.
- Two or more years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
