Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full-Time Opportunity

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
- Collaborate with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals to provide holistic care.
- Engage in regular peer reviews and consultations to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and available resources to promote informed decision-making.
- Incorporate the latest research into your practice to deliver cutting-edge care.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in the state.
- At least two years of clinical experience in mental health care.
- Expertise in solution-focused therapy and strong communication skills.
