Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Role in California
We are on the lookout for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s ready to bring their skills and experience to our dedicated team. Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed assessments and evaluations.
- Address behaviors with proven management techniques.
- Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
- Collaborate with other professionals to track progress.
- Support families in enhancing their developmental strategies.
- Apply evidence-based methods for improved client outcomes.
- Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with guidelines.
Compensation Package: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, plus benefits.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or a related area.
- Active LCSW license in California.
- A minimum of three years in clinical practice.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Advanced skills in computer operations and documentation.
