Position Overview:
In this role, you’ll assess mental health needs, create customized care plans, and facilitate therapy sessions. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring clients receive comprehensive care and support.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers to support overall wellness
• Advocate for clients to access necessary community resources
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records
• Engage in ongoing training and team discussions to enhance your skills

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in California State.
• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
