Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually with full benefits
What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful connections through individual therapy sessions.
- Work closely with prescribers to align therapeutic and medication strategies.
- Create and oversee personalized treatment plans that foster growth and resilience.
- Support clients through transitions, ensuring smooth continuity of care.
- Document care thoroughly, reflecting each client’s unique journey.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology, or related field.
- Active California state license as LCSW.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
