Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to understand clients' strengths and needs
• Offer evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create integrated care plans
• Advocate for clients’ rights and help them access community resources
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
