Position Overview:
As an LCSW, you will deliver vital therapeutic services to individuals facing diverse mental health challenges. You’ll conduct in-depth assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic sessions that encourage healing and growth. Your collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams will ensure our clients receive holistic support.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for growth
• Provide evidence-based therapy tailored to individual and family needs
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care
• Advocate for clients and facilitate their access to community resources
• Document treatment progress and client interactions accurately
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance your expertise

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

•        Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

•        Current licensure as LCSW in the state.

·         Must have experience working with older adults.

·         Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
