Position Overview:
As an LCSW, you will be at the forefront of delivering therapeutic services to clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. You’ll conduct detailed assessments, create personalized treatment plans, and lead engaging therapy sessions. By collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure that our clients receive comprehensive support on their journey to healing.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments to understand clients' strengths and needs
• Offer evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create integrated care plans
• Advocate for clients’ rights and help them access community resources
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
