Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year +full benefits

• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments to guide personalized care.
• Provide individualized therapy and support that addresses each client’s unique needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Document client interactions and progress with precision and care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Experience with older adults or specific client populations preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
