We Are Hiring Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Duties
- Perform client assessments and craft unique treatment strategies.
- Deliver evidence-supported therapeutic services.
- Keep comprehensive clinical records in compliance with regulations.
- Partner with a team to provide well-rounded care.
- Offer guidance and educational resources to clients and families.
- Incorporate innovative approaches into client care.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, alongside excellent benefits.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work with an active California LCSW license.
- Two (2) years of experience preferred but not a strict requirement.
- Comfort with dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
