Licensed Clinical Social Worker Wanted – Full-Time Role in California

Join a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference! We’re on the lookout for an LCSW who’s passionate about supporting clients’ mental and emotional well-being. This full-time position offers an opportunity to provide therapy, case management, and emotional support services.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Role Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with the resources they need.
• Provide crisis intervention and manage behavioral health assessments.
• Offer coaching on managing chronic health conditions.
• Conduct therapy sessions to drive positive changes in behavior.
• Facilitate individual and group sessions to support patient care plans.

Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 annually, including an excellent benefits package.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or similar.
• California LCSW license in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Knowledgeable in maintaining digital health records.
