Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits
Your Duties:
- Conduct therapeutic sessions with patients experiencing chronic conditions.
- Design and execute personalized treatment strategies.
- Be the primary contact for patient and provider communication.
- Adapt your approach to ensure seamless patient care.
- Offer confidential counseling and assess immediate needs.
- Share educational resources with patients and caregivers.
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to clinical regulations.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized institution.
- An active California LCSW license.
- At least 2 years’ experience in psychotherapy.
- Expertise in solution-focused therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
