Requirements
As our chosen Leasing Administrator every day, you will oversee all aspects of the leasing process.
To thrive in this role:
Have a thorough understanding of all leasing processes in multiple states
Review and approve new resident leasing packets for resident signing in all applicable states
Process all leasing documents to completion
Work with Community Managers to ensure leasing processes are being followed and leasing documents are completed accurately
Conduct training for Community Managers, Regional Managers and corporate staff to ensure all processes are being followed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly motivated and able to work independently
