Lead Technician - Restoration

We are looking for experienced technicians in the water damage and mold remediation field. People that love working with their hands, are looking to learn a skilled trade, build skills and a long term career with the Critical Control family.

What your job looks like:

• Respond to emergency water damage jobs quickly and professionally. Help explain what is going on to the homeowner and talk them through the next steps.
• Use moisture meters and other tools to map out the water and talk with the project manager on a game plan.
• Set up equipment to help dry the building
• Set up containment and demolition if anything needs to get cut and pulled up.
• Take photos and videos of everything.
• Make sure your truck is stocked, clean and ready at all times.
• On call rotation schedule for after hours emergencies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Speak English
• Able to drive a company vehicle
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs over your head
• Trainable
• Professional
• Friendly
• Responsible
