Responsibilities:

We are looking for people that love working with their hands, are looking to learn a skilled trade, build skills and a long-term career with the Critical Control family.

What your job looks like:

  • Take charge of emergency water damage jobs from initial response to completion.
  • Respond to emergency water damage jobs quickly and professionally.
  • Take the lead in client communication, offering reassurance, updates, and expert advice throughout the recovery process.
  • Use moisture meters and other tools to map out the water and talk with the project manager on a game plan.
  • Set up equipment to help dry the building.
  • Set up containment and demolition if anything needs to be cut and pulled up.
  • Capture documentation through photos and videos, maintaining a detailed record of the recovery process.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, clean, and prepared company vehicle at all times..
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to address after-hours emergencies.

Requirements

  • At least three years experience in water damage, mold remediation or abatement required.
  • IICRC Certified
  • Proficient in English language.
  • Valid driver's license and able to operate a company vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs overhead.
  • Demonstrated trainability and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Professionalism, friendliness, and a strong sense of responsibility
