Lead Data Engineer

• Providing analytical, operational, and strategic support to client
• Analyze the client's business needs and provide recommendations
• Map the business requirements to the application
• Design of application database: structure, content, and processes of data population; Validate the solution with the end-users;
• Design the reports and extraction: SQL statement, layout formatting, and report publication;
• Apply correspondent methodology and tools, the elaboration and implementation of consistent work plans, project and program documents, and achievement of results;
• Ensure proper reporting on implementation and achievement of outputs, as well as contribute to reporting on progress towards outcomes and impact.

• 10+ years experience as Data Engineer
• Proven experience as a data engineer, with a strong focus on ETL processes and data pipeline development.
• Proficient in SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with Pandas and PySpark.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, and investment strategies.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
