Law Clerk- Fall 2024

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara is seeking a Law Clerk to join our San Diego and Encinitas Office.

An ideal candidate must be enrolled in law school, preferably in their 2L or 3L year. They must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently for a professional firm. This opening is ideal for a law clerk who is ready to further their experience with a highly reputable and internationally based firm.

Requirements

This position will assist attorneys with discovery, motion work, research projects, meetings and litigation preparation. Candidate will learn billing and many aspects of civil litigation. Opportunities to assist and/or attend depositions and mediations with handling attorneys may occur.
