Laboratory AR Manager

Royalty Medical Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laboratory AR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for the laboratory department. The Laboratory AR Manager will oversee the billing and collections functions, ensure timely and accurate payment posting, and resolve any issues related to insurance claims and patient billing. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes
• Proficient in using medical billing software and electronic health records systems
• Excellent understanding of insurance terminology and claims processing
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex billing issues
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
